Parliament House To Opera House

The initiative involves a 5-month program that will prepare 9 participants to complete a relay marathon from Parliament House (Canberra) to Sydney Opera House (Sydney): two prominent Australian cities and significant centres for international students and migrants. The program will engage the larger international student and migrant community through volunteering, encouraging them to connect and grow through movement. Every month the community will be brought together to sweat and share their stories, aiming to inspire each other as they work towards unlocking their full potential. This will include participation in existing events (eg: Canberra Fun Run) and events put on specifically for this initiative. The program will wrap up with a relay event, creating a new generation where inclusion, diversity, equity and action is front of mind.
